I’m only leaving for a bit, how long “a bit” is I don’t even know.
I’m at a point now where social media consumption has become a necessity for me and I don’t particularly like it. It’s scary to see how much time I spend scrolling through all the social media noise and I don’t think I contribute to it enough. I spend a lot of time looking at other people’s posts but don’t spend much time creating my own content. So until I am at a place where I feel I can consistently contribute to the Instagram community I feel as though I should just come off.
I however will probably still be posting to my photography account. If you don’t follow please consider following me @byrancitophoto I don’t follow anyone in there so won’t be tempted to go down the Instagram rabbit hole. And hopefully it encourages me to get out there and start taking photos.
Now I don’t want to make this dramatic I may only be gone for a week if I get my ish together by then. But this is just a courtesy if you are ever wondering where I’ve got to. I will also most likely be coming off of Snapchat also.
