The thing we are naturally good at isn't always able to be monetized but it doesn't mean that the skills we have aren't valuable.

Hard-work doesn't equal success. The equation isn't that simple, in fact there are a lot of variables that need to be considered.

But I do think it takes a certain level of empathy and emotional maturity to allow people to just be in a bad mood.
